Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

1.1. We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. Customers also have the right to return non-defective items within 14 days of receiving their order for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

1.3. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item if they wish to request a return.

1.4. Returns are at the customer’s expense. We do not offer free returns.

2. Return Process

2.1. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

2.2. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. 2.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as defective, damaged, or incorrect. If returning a non-defective item within the 14-day period, the customer must cover return shipping expenses.

3. Refunds

3.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3.3. We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

4. Exchanges

4.1. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

4.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

5.1. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, assembled, or modified or broken by the customer. Custom-made or personalised items are also non-refundable.

5.2. Digital products, gift cards, and clearance items are non-refundable.

5.3 Items that have breakages or damages caused by mishandling of the turret by turning it via the gun against our instructions, or damages due to incorrect application of instructions for fitting and gluing of the magnets.

5.4 Items that have been incorrectly handled or incorrectly stored.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

6.1. If an order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.

6.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal disruptions or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Changes to this Policy

7.1. We reserve the right to update this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time. The latest version will always be displayed on our website.
