Shipping Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical products purchased directly through the Reaction Games website.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
1. Processing & Dispatch
1.1. We aim to dispatch standard in-stock orders within two business days of receiving payment.
1.2. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays in England.
1.3. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.
1.4. Custom 3D Printing orders, pre-orders and made-to-order products may require additional production time. Where this applies, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page, quotation or order confirmation.
2. Delivery Services
2.1. We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
2.2. We offer the following Royal Mail delivery services:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – aims to deliver within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
2.3. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
2.4. Tracking details will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email where available.
3. Delivery Charges
3.1. Delivery charges are calculated during checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
3.2. Any free shipping promotions or delivery discounts will be clearly displayed on our website.
4. Delivery Responsibility
4.1. We remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to:
you;
a person nominated by you; or
a safe place or alternative delivery location authorised by you.
4.2. We use Royal Mail to deliver orders, but our use of a delivery provider does not affect your statutory rights.
4.3. Unless another delivery period has been agreed, orders will normally be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed.
5. Delivery Address
5.1. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
5.2. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@reaction-games.co.uk. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.
5.3. If delivery fails because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.
6. Delayed or Missing Orders
6.1. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@reaction-games.co.uk with your order number and any tracking information.
6.2. We will investigate the issue with Royal Mail where appropriate.
6.3. If an order is confirmed as lost before delivery, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
7.1. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@reaction-games.co.uk.
7.2. Please include your order number together with photographs of the product and packaging where relevant, as this may help us investigate the issue.
7.3. We may ask you to retain the packaging while the matter is being investigated.
7.4. Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy and your statutory rights.
8. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
8.1. Delivery may occasionally be delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, industrial action, transport disruption or postal service delays.
8.2. Where we become aware of a significant delay, we will keep you informed and take reasonable steps to minimise its impact.
9. Changes to This Policy
9.1. We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our delivery services, business practices or legal obligations.
9.2. The version in effect when your order was accepted will continue to apply to that order.
