No our models are not suitable for children.
They contain small parts ie magnets and loose turrets and may even break if handled incorrectly. This may cause a choking hazard if swallowed or put in the child’s mouth.
Resin is also unstable material for children toys and my be toxic.
-
The resin that we use is made by Anycubic and it is a water-washable resin.
We have finished the models by applying UV light curing and on some miniatures offered we also seal them with primer.
However, as with any resin, it may be toxic if put in the mouth. We therefore recommend limited handling of the miniatures until they are fully primed as well as frequent hand washing.
-
We recommend storing resin miniatures in a cool and dry environment preferably boxed.
-
We are sorry but we do not offer refunds under these condition.
This is the customers responsibility. Please see our Terms and Conditions..
We also do not offer refunds on orders where the turret-turn-action feature has been abused and resulted in breakages.

Preparing your order:
We prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless ordering experience. Here’s what happens after you place an order on our website:
Order Processing for our 3D Printed Wargaming Miniatures
3D Printing: Once your order is placed, we begin 3D printing using high-quality, water-wash resin in our workshop. Printing takes approximately 3-6 hours.
Support Removal: Our design and printing specialists remove the prints and support them by hand. Some supports may be overseen and it is up to the customer to check their product before painting.
Ultrasonic Cleaning: The miniatures are then placed into our ultrasonic cleaner, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned before dispatch.
Inspection and Curing: Each model undergoes inspection before being placed in the curing station. We ensure complete dryness by allowing the models to dry naturally overnight.
Magnets: We insert the magnets to finalise the models before boxing and packaging your order.
