Choosing Your Miniatures

Our main WWII wargaming miniature ranges are available in 15mm and 20mm scales. The exact scale and dimensions of each model are listed on the individual product page.

Yes. Our miniatures can be used with a range of historical tabletop wargaming rules and systems, provided you choose the appropriate scale for your existing collection.

Our miniatures arrive unpainted and require some preparation before painting. We remove the main printing supports, clean and cure each model before dispatch, but a small amount of final smoothing or cleaning may be required.
Assembly requirements vary between models. Please check the individual product description to see which parts and magnets are included or pre-fitted.
Ordering, Delivery & Returns

VAT: Reaction Games is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on orders.

We currently ship throughout the UK only. We hope to expand our delivery areas in the future.

Orders are usually dispatched within one to two business days, depending on availability and customisation.
Some miniatures are printed and prepared specifically for your order, so production may occasionally take a little longer. Dispatch times may be extended during busy periods or over weekends.

We inspect each miniature before it is dispatched. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement or resolution.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If production has already begun, or an item has been customised, cancellation may not always be possible.
Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and your statutory consumer rights. Items that have been painted, altered, incorrectly assembled or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Reaction Games currently operates as an online workshop and is not open to visitors. Local collection from our East Sussex workshop may be available by prior arrangement.

Design & Production

Each miniature begins with historical research led by Andrew, drawing on period references, photographs and his background in history and historic environments.
Jacob translates research into a 3D model, balancing historical accuracy with the practical requirements of scale, printing and tabletop use. Every design is developed in-house and is original to Reaction Games.

Reaction Games is a father-and-son business founded by Andrew and Jacob Shaw in East Sussex.
Andrew has a degree in history and many years of experience working in historic houses, bringing a deep understanding of WWII history and material culture to each model. Jacob has a degree in games design and leads the 3D design and printing process.
Working together from their Sussex workshop, they combine historical research with specialist digital design to create original wargaming miniatures that are both carefully detailed and practical to use on the tabletop. Selected vehicles also feature magnetised, smoothly turning turrets.

Our miniatures are 3D printed in our East Sussex workshop using water-washable resin. Once printed, the main supports are removed by hand before each model is cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner to remove residual resin.
The miniature is then inspected, dried and fully UV-cured. Where applicable, magnets are fitted or included before the model is carefully packed for dispatch. Because each miniature is produced and finished by hand, a small amount of final preparation may still be required before priming and painting.
Resin, Preparation & Care

The resin that we use is made by Anycubic and is a water-washable resin.
Uncured liquid resin requires careful handling during the printing process. However, the miniatures you receive have been thoroughly cleaned, dried and fully UV-cured in our workshop before dispatch.
Once cured, they are intended for normal use as tabletop hobby miniatures. They should not be placed in the mouth or used as children’s toys, and we recommend washing your hands after sanding, filing or preparing the models.
Some miniatures may also arrive with a coat of primer applied, where stated in the product description.

We remove the main printing supports and clean and cure every miniature before dispatch. As with most 3D-printed resin models, some final prep work may be required before painting.
We recommend inspecting the model, removing any remaining support marks and applying a suitable primer before painting.

No. Reaction Games miniatures are detailed hobby models and are not intended to be used as children’s toys.
They may contain small magnets, removable turrets and delicate parts that could present a choking hazard. Resin miniatures should never be placed in the mouth and should be kept away from young children.

Store your resin miniatures in a cool, dry environment, preferably inside a protective box or miniature case.
Handle fine details, barrels and removable parts to reduce the risk of accidental damage.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by incorrect assembly, incorrectly glued magnets or misuse of the turning turret mechanism.
Please check the product instructions carefully before fitting any magnets. Contact us before assembly if you are unsure about how a part should be positioned.
This does not affect replacements for products that arrive damaged or faulty.
