From authentic WWII tanks to meticulously designed 3D-printed miniatures, our goal is to bring historical accuracy and craftsmanship to the tabletop gaming world.
Whether it’s ensuring historical precision or perfecting the details of our tabletop wargaming models, our team works behind the scenes to create miniatures and strategy games that enhance your battlefield experience.
Meet Andy: The Historian Behind the Details
Historical Consultant | WWII Specialist | Wargaming Enthusiast
At the heart of Reaction Games' WWII wargaming miniatures is Andy, our in-house historian and military expert. With a history degree and decades of research experience, Andy ensures that every tank, vehicle, and game mechanic reflects real-world WWII details.
Andy’s passion for tabletop wargaming started back in the 1980s during his time at Canterbury University, and it has only grown since. If you’ve ever been to Dice Saloon in Brighton, you may have seen him deep in battle, strategizing his next move.
But Andy isn’t just about historical research—he’s also a key contributor to Traverse, our upcoming WWII tabletop strategy game. His expertise ensures that players experience realistic WWII warfare in an immersive way.
What Andy Brings to Reaction Games:
Ensures historical accuracy in every miniature and game mechanic
Specializes in WWII tanks, vehicles, and battle formations
Developing Traverse, a dynamic WWII reaction-based strategy game
Meet Jacob: The 3D Printing Specialist
3D Model Designer | Game Enthusiast | Printing Perfectionist
Every Reaction Games miniature starts as a precisely crafted 3D model, and that’s where Jacob comes in. With a degree in Game Design and over a decade of experience in gaming and 3D modeling, Jacob brings digital creations to life with unparalleled detail.
Using industry-standard software like Maya, Jacob designs each tank, ensuring every angle, turret, and tread is as authentic as possible. Once the digital design is perfected, he takes charge of 3D printing, curing, and finishing each model, ensuring flawless quality before they reach your tabletop.
What Jacob brings to Reaction Games:
Model design with high-precision modeling software
Print using high-quality Anycubic water-wash resin
Cleaned, curing, and where applicable airbrushing the models, arriving ready to paint and customize
